BOOKINGS:
Bookings can be made through Booking.com, Nightsbridge.com, Safari.net, the website or via direct contact.
Please note that the Farm House & Flat and the Eco-Friendly Village can only be booked directly through Grootvlei Guest Farm.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
Strictly no pets allowed at Grootvlei Guest Farm or On The Dunes.
No Children can be accommodated in the Main Guest House, as the rooms can only accommodate 2 people. No Children under 12 years old, without adult supervision, allowed in the Main Guest House. Kids are welcome at Grootvlei on the Dunes and in the Eco-Friendly Village.
Breakfast is served between 8h30 and 10h30 am at the main guest house.
We are a bed and breakfast establishment, no self catering allowed in the main guest house, however we can recommend various restaurants in Lambert’s Bay.
Strictly no alcohol to be brought onto the premises, due to the establishment’s liquor license.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)
CHECK-IN:
Arrival time after 2 pm (2 – 5 pm) and departure time not later than 11 am.

FACILITIES:
Our accommodation facilities, including our showers, are strictly for the residents only and not to be used by guests visiting their family or friends.
At all times, no furniture are to be removed, moved or taken down to the beach from any room on the dunes, including pillows, cushions and blankets.
All decorations such as flowers, hearts, trims etc. are the property of Grootvlei Guest Farm and must not be taken from the walls or be removed.
LIABILITIES:
Grootvlei Guest Farm or its employees shall not be liable for any claims of whatsoever nature including but not limited to that of theft, injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature against the Grootvlei Guest Farm whether arising from the Grootvlei Guest Farm or its employee’s default, negligence or otherwise.
